For the rest of this text, 1Mag is the term that will be used, but it is understood that 1Mag is a part of DL Group, and thus all rights, obligations, protections, disclaimers, indemnities, and all other legal terms and conditions within this text shall also relate to DL Group. When you use 1Mag (referred to herein as, “1Mag.it”, “1Mag”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you understand that you are subject to the following terms and conditions. By visiting or shopping on 1Mag.it, you accept and agree to abide by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). When you use any current or future 1Mag.it service (the “Service”), you will be subject to the Terms applicable to such service or business. Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to the 1Mag website and is incorporated into these Terms by reference, in order to understand our information gathering and privacy practices.

All software used on the 1Mag website is the property of 1Mag or its software suppliers, and protected by all applicable laws of the United States of America and international copyright laws.

1Mag, and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks or registered trademarks of DL Group in the United States of America and other countries. 1Mag graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks of and/or are the fully owned intellectual property of 1Mag. The foregoing trademarks and intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not a part of 1Mag, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or in any manner that disparages or discredits 1Mag. All other trademarks and intellectual property not owned by 1Mag or its affiliates that appear on the 1Mag website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by 1Mag.
License and Site Access
1Mag grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of 1Mag.it. You are prohibited from downloading from, other than page caching, or modifying the 1Mag website , or any portion of it, except with the express written consent of 1Mag. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the 1Mag.it website or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of 1Mag.it’s website or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering and extraction tools.
The 1Mag.it website or any portion of it may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of 1Mag. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of 1Mag without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing 1Mag’s name or trademarks without the express written consent of 1Mag. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by 1Mag. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to 1Mag.it’s homepage, so long as the link does not portray 1Mag or our products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any of 1Mag’s logos or other proprietary graphics or trademarks as part of the link without express written permission from 1Mag.
Your Account
You represent that you are a human, as accounts registered by automated methods are not permitted. If you use the 1Mag.it website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your 1Mag account or password. If you are under 18 years of age, you may not use 1Mag.it or sign up for a 1Mag account. 1Mag reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. You further agree not to access any other person’s or member’s 1Mag account or account information without their expressed permission. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account and/or password, or other personal information, and agree that we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of your failure to comply with this obligation.
Billing, Payment & Credit Card Information
When you sign up for 1Mag, we will save your credit card information for use on all future purchases. Any automatic billing and/or charges, as per the membership rules described upon sign-up, will be automatically applied to your saved credit card unless you notify us in advance by emailing [email protected]. We accept Visa, American Express and MasterCard as forms of payment. If your payment method reaches its expiration date and you do not edit your credit card information or cancel your account, you authorize us to continue billing that credit card on file including extending the expiration date until we are notified by you or the credit card company that the account is no longer valid. We encourage you to update your payment method information, as necessary, or cancel your account should you wish to discontinue your account with us. Cancellations must be made five (5) business days in advance to the charge date to allow time to process. Cancellation requests must be made via the email address used to set up your account. Failure to use the email associated with your account to request a cancellation will result in your cancellation not being processed. This is to provide security for your account.
Exchanges
If your 1Mag purchase is an incorrect size, you may exchange it for an equivalent-priced item. As long as your account remains active and you are returning the item from within the United States, shipping for exchanged items will be covered by us. (Unfortunately we do not currently support returns for customers outside of the United States). To start the exchange process, simply contact our customer service team at [email protected]. For customers who have cancelled their accounts and wish to do an exchange, contact our Concierge team at [insert contact info.]. All items returned must be in unworn condition, with no stains, tears or visible signs of use or wear, or they will not be accepted and replacements will not be extended to you. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item with original tags still attached. No exceptions to this policy will be made and replacements will not be granted if items are not returned as required. 1Mag does not offer refunds, only exchanges. Use of the term ”return,” by 1Mag, does not imply a refund will be given. A return or exchange as defined within these Terms means 1Mag will replace a purchased item with a different item of equivalent value of the customer’s choosing. Once an exchange has been made, you may not, under any circumstances except with regard to an issue of fit, return or exchange items that are replacements for a previously returned or exchanged item.
Bouncebacks
Sometimes you can make a mistake when entering your shipping information. We understand. If we receive a package marked as a bounceback we will attempt to reach out to you three (3) times to get updated shipping information. If a response is not received within 2 weeks after the 3rd attempt to contact, your package will be held indefinitely until we are able to establish communication. No refunds will be given on bounceback items. To check on a shipping or bounceback status, email us at [email protected].
Territory Charges
CALIFORNIA AND NEVADA USERS will be charged sales tax on all orders. ALASKAN AND HAWAIIAN USERS will be charged a $7 surcharge on all of your orders, including any exchanges.
International Site Access
1Mag.it can be accessed from countries other than the United States of America and Canada. 1Mag may offer products or refer to products that are not available outside of the United States of America and/or Canada. Any such products or references to such products do not imply that such products will be made available outside the United States of America and/or Canada. If you access and use www.1Mag.it outside the United States of America and Canada, you are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: There is a standard $25 surcharge for all orders received from Canada.
Reviews, Feedback, Comments, Communications, & Other Content
1Mag.it visitors may post reviews, comments and other content, as well as submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, tortious, objectionable, unauthorized, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to your account profile, the origin of a credit card or any other content. 1Mag reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove or edit such content.
If you post or otherwise submit content to 1Mag, you grant 1Mag a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media, unless we indicate otherwise in writing. You grant 1Mag the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if we choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify 1Mag,including all of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and representatives, for all claims resulting from content you supply. 1Mag has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. 1Mag takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
What if the Items I Receive Don’t Fit?
Not to worry! If something doesn’t fit, we happily offer free returns/exchanges for all customers initiating returns from within the United States. Just send an email to [email protected], and let us know the following:
- Which items you are wanting to return (please keep in mind we can only process exchanges for items received in the last 14 days); and
- The reason(s) you are wanting to exchange those items and whether you want to try a different size in the item(s) (please indicate which size(s) you want to try if this is the case) or exchange the item(s) or other merchandise.
All items must be in the original unworn condition in which they arrived, with tags still attached (e.g. no animal fur, fragrance, stains, markings, excessive wrinkles, rips or tears, etc.). We will follow up with a prepaid return label, as well as an RMA form to be enclosed with the items you are returning. Once we receive your items, 1Mag will send you your exchange item(s).
Copyright Complaints
1Mag respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us immediately at [email protected], and submit the following information: identification of the work claimed to be copied or infringed; identification of the work that is claimed to be infringing your work; your contact information; a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, you are the owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from 1Mag are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All claims must be made with the carrier, and not with 1Mag.
Ship Time / Time to Receive Packages
You will generally receive your package within 2-7 business days after your order has been processed. This timeframe is a guideline and subject to change without notice due to item availability or unforseen shipment delays.
Product Descriptions
1Mag has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, sizes and designs of the designer products that appear on the 1Mag.it website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor or screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s or screen’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate and allow for a compensated margin of error, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the 1Mag website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders received as a result of incorrectly published product information, including incorrectly published prices and promotions.
1Mag attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, 1Mag does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the 1Mag website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by 1Mag is not as described, please contact our customer service department at [email protected].
Illegal Usage Prohibited
You are prohibited from using the 1Mag.it website or materials to post, transmit, upload, distribute or publish any content that is libelous, seditious, defamatory, blasphemous, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, tortious, obscene, pornographic, abusive, infringing or otherwise illegal, as determined in the sole discretion of 1Mag. You agree to comply with all applicable local, provincial, federal and international laws, regulations and treaties while using the website and Service. In addition, while using the website in accordance with these Terms as modified from time to time, you agree to comply with generally accepted internet standards and shall refrain from any abusive use of the 1Mag website.

You agree that 1Mag (including its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, and representatives) shall not be liable to you or to any person as a result of any such suspension or termination. If you are unsatisfied with any of these Terms, discontinue using the 1Mag.it website as use of the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms in their entirety. Conversely, you are free to cancel your account with 1Mag at any time, provided that your cancellation request is made within five (5) business days in advance to the charge date or renewal date. Cancellations shall not be applied or take effect until the month following the cancellation request.

These Terms together with 1Mag’s Privacy Policy constitute the complete and entire agreement between you and 1Mag pertaining to the use of this site and supersede any prior agreements, whether written or oral.
Waiver
